TimingExpansion should not empty the base
The safest capture is one that leaves enough income and soldiers behind to continue the next queue. A slower funded push beats one wide attack that stops your whole country.
- Keep replacement money available.
- Avoid long fights while research is idle.
- Use short captures after the base loop is stable.
